Recipe standardization
Cups and handfuls become gram weights. I set ingredient specifications, write the method step by step, and mark the steps that matter most for consistency.
Bench to pilot to plant
I write the batch formula and process parameters for each step up in scale, including mixing order, hold times, heating and cooling.
Trial support
I support trials at your kitchen, co-packer or plant over video and review the results with you. In-person attendance can be scoped separately.

Ingredient supplier shortlists and packaging recommendations that fit your product, your volumes and your shelf-life target.
Design of experiments
Fewer trial rounds, better answers
Changing one thing at a time is slow and misses how ingredients interact. A designed experiment tests several factors together, so each round tells you more. I run the analysis in Minitab.

Can you work with my co-packer or manufacturer?
Yes. Trials can run at your co-packer or plant. I write the batch formula and process instructions, supervise trials over video and review the results with you.
Do you travel for plant trials?
Most of my work is remote, with trials supervised over video. If you need me on site, in-person attendance can be scoped and priced separately.
How long does product development take?
Most packaged foods take 3 to 6 months from concept to a product that's ready for a production trial. Shelf-life testing adds time. Your proposal includes a timeline built around your product and milestones.
